We hold no commercial stake in any technology provider, hatchery, or producer. Our guidance is neutral because our funding doesn't depend on which system anyone chooses.
We are philanthropically funded and our services to industry are free. Success for us is measured in adoption, not revenue.
We work directly with hatcheries, producers, retailers, and governments to align the whole supply chain around adoption, rather than pushing change from any single point.

Aditi is an engineer with 7 years' experience in the oil industry spanning field operations and digital services, and has worked as a consultant in the energy transition industry modelling renewable and battery projects across Australia's electricity markets. She has co-founded two previous ventures, including as CTO of a health-tech startup.

Amanda draws on 21 years of international experience in operations, compliance and organisational leadership within the financial services industry. She has delivered transformation programs and built compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions and led cross-functional teams across Australia, Europe and India.
